Interstate Score Reporting Request

For some tests (e.g., Foundations of Reading, General Curriculum), candidates who have taken the test(s) in one state may request to have their test results sent directly to the state teacher certification/licensing agency in a participating state. To request this service, submit your completed Interstate Score Reporting Request form and payment online. The fee for this service for 190 Foundations of Reading is $40 (Note: The fee for this service for Early Childhood and Reading Specialist is $20 per recipient). Requests to send scores to the MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education must include a MEPID, as indicated on the form (learn more about MEPID ).

Please allow up to four weeks from receipt of your form for processing your request for this service. You will receive an email indicating that your scores have been sent and also confirming your passing status for each state that received your scores. If you have not met the passing standard for the requested state, your materials, including the interstate score reporting fee, may be returned to you.
